Absolutely. While EventEazy is particularly popular with wedding planners, the workspace model works for any type of event: corporate functions, conferences, milestone celebrations, and more.

Can my team members access the same workspace?

Yes, on the Agency plan you can add team members with defined roles so multiple planners can collaborate on the same event without stepping on each other.

What happens to the workspace after the event is over?

Completed events are archived rather than deleted, so you retain all records — useful for referencing past vendor relationships, budgets, or documents for future events.
