The budget tracker is planner-only. Clients access a read-only event portal that shows their checklist, key dates, and confirmed vendors — budget details stay private to you.

Does EventEazy integrate with accounting software like Xero?

Direct Xero and MYOB integrations are on the product roadmap. At launch, the budget tracker is self-contained — ideal for tracking event-level budgets without replacing your full accounting system.

What happens if the actual cost differs from the estimate?

You can update any line item at any time. The running balance recalculates immediately, so you will see the impact of any change on the overall budget right away.
